I never thought having a boyfriend could be this great.

I know that this has been the topic of all my journal entries, but I can't stop thinking about him.

It doesn't matter to me whether he's a freshman in high school or not. I have never met a better guy. He actually likes me for who I am, and not who I pretend to be, which is what so many people at the school see. If you are friends with me, this is not true, but if we are mere acquaintances, I've only chosen to reveal certain facets as a method of manipulation in a way. I try to avoid unpopularity, and that's the only way I know how to do it. I'm sorry, acquaintances.

So we were lying under one of the tree's outside of the front of the school, talking about everything and nothing. You all know how that goes. It's funny how much we have in common. We were discussing how fucked up this school is. Both Andrew and I pretend to a lot of people that we drink alcohol a lot, and that we can't get enough of it... But truth is, neither of us have had more than a couple sips of alcohol in our lives. Nor do we want to.

So, yeah, we were snuggling in the grass and my mom walks up.

Not how I had planned for her to meet him... But whatever.

He's still fucking awesome.
